REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

• If you would like your donation to Genius World Records to be refunded, you must request
• genius world records in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach within 3 to 5 days from the date on which you donated i.e. the date on which you:

• • Donated online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque/demand draft to Genius World Records or someone authorized by Genius World Records for this purpose, OR dispatched the cheque/demand draft to Genius World Records by other means.

Kindly align the Refund policy to be in line with the services available on the website and include the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account. (For e.g., 5-7 working days).
